I’ve always been captivated by the moon, not just for its beauty but for what it represents. The moon is often linked to female deities, embodying femininity, motherhood, and nurturing energy. It symbolizes darkness, mystery, renewal, and the transitions we all experience in life.

A Waning Moon offers a perfect opportunity for rest and regeneration. It’s a time for self-care, inner peace, and reconnecting with yourself—letting go of everything that’s beyond your control.

I have a therapy dog named Luna who may join us in sessions. If you’re not comfortable around dogs, just let me know, and I’ll make sure she’s in another room.

Pregnancy and the postpartum period are transformative. While they can be filled with joy and anticipation, they can also bring unexpected challenges. My goal is to support you through this beautiful yet complex transition into parenthood.

If you’re struggling to conceive or dealing with pregnancy loss, you’re not alone. This journey can evoke a whirlwind of emotions, from sadness to hope. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for you to express your feelings, process your experiences, and begin to heal.

Every child brings new lessons and challenges, making you a new parent with each addition to your family. Whether it’s through pregnancy, adoption, or surrogacy, I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you navigate the milestones and changes that come with welcoming a new child into your life.

Join me for a unique therapy experience during the fall and spring: Walk and Talk sessions! Instead of sitting in a traditional office, we’ll chat while enjoying the outdoors. This approach offers many benefits, including:

  • Promoting physical activity
  • Reducing stress and enhancing mood
  • Encouraging relaxation
  • Boosting confidence and self-esteem
  • Improving overall physical health

Please note that these sessions are not covered by insurance at this time.

The postpartum period can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. In our postpartum planning sessions, we’ll discuss what to expect physically, mentally, and emotionally. Together, we’ll address your concerns and create a plan to make this transition as smooth as possible.

Postpartum sessions are not covered by insurance.

Feel free to bring your baby and older children along—feeding, changing, and doing what you need during our sessions is always welcome!

Postpartum can be tough, and finding support is crucial. That’s why I host a monthly support group for mamas. Our relaxed sessions, loosely themed around topics like lactation, sleep, and relationship dynamics, offer a space to share and connect.

First session TBT. A $20 donation is appreciated, but no one will be turned away due to inability to pay.

While my passion lies in postpartum and parenthood, I also work with individuals facing various challenges, including:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Employment and financial stress
  • Relationship issues
  • Life changes
  • And more
